These terms govern the use of the Zora Skin and Aesthetics Group website and any booking, enquiry or purchase made through links provided on it. By using the website, submitting an enquiry or making a booking, you agree to these terms together with the policies referred to below.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under UK consumer law.
Zora Skin and Aesthetics Group is owned and operated by Marina King and provides non-surgical aesthetic and skin treatments by appointment. The clinic operates from Evermore Clinic and is open by appointment only, Wednesday to Saturday, 10:00 to 18:00. Current contact and booking details are shown on the website.
The website is provided for general information about the clinic, available services and how to arrange a consultation or appointment. Information on the website is not intended to provide medical advice. Clients with symptoms, medical concerns or questions requiring diagnosis should seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
We take reasonable care to keep website information accurate and current, but treatment availability, prices, products, practitioners and opening arrangements may change. Any important change affecting a confirmed booking will be communicated directly where reasonably possible.
Appointments are normally booked through the Faces booking platform. Enquiries may be made through Business WhatsApp or another contact method shown on the website. Faces and WhatsApp are third-party services and have their own terms and privacy arrangements.
A booking is not confirmed until any required booking fee has been paid and confirmation has been issued. The clinic may decline or cancel a booking where a treatment is unavailable, a prescriber appointment is required, suitability has not been established, required information has not been provided, or there is another reasonable clinical, safety or operational reason.
All treatments are subject to consultation, suitability assessment and informed consent. A booking does not guarantee that a treatment will be carried out. Treatment may be declined, postponed or adapted where it is not considered appropriate or safe.
Where a proposed treatment involves a prescription-only medicine, a consultation with an appropriate prescriber is required before the medicine can be prescribed. The prescriber decides independently whether prescribing is clinically appropriate. Payment for a consultation or booking does not guarantee that a prescription or treatment will be provided.
Public-facing website information is intended to promote consultations and services lawfully and must not be interpreted as advertising any specific prescription-only medicine to the public.
Current prices are shown on the website, Faces booking page or confirmed before booking. Prices may change, but a price already confirmed for a specific appointment will not normally change unless the treatment plan is altered with the client’s agreement.
A booking fee may be required to secure an appointment. Booking fees, late cancellations, rescheduling and non-attendance are governed by the Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy. Any cancellation charge must be reasonable and reflect the circumstances and losses involved.
The balance of the treatment price is payable at the time stated during booking or no later than the appointment, unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods are those available through the booking or payment provider and at the clinic.
Where a legally binding service contract is made online or by telephone, a consumer may have a 14-day statutory cancellation period. Where the client asks for a service or appointment to begin during that period, the clinic may request express agreement to begin early. If the client then cancels after the service has started, the clinic may charge a proportionate amount for services already supplied, where the law permits.
Where an appointment is scheduled within the statutory cancellation period, clients should contact the clinic promptly if they wish to cancel. Statutory rights are separate from the clinic’s appointment cancellation and rescheduling rules.
Aesthetic outcomes vary between individuals. Photographs, examples, estimates and expected durations are illustrative only and no particular result, degree of improvement or duration can be guaranteed.
Clients must follow the aftercare instructions provided and contact the clinic promptly if they experience an unexpected reaction or have concerns. Where urgent medical attention is needed, clients should contact NHS 111, 999 or another appropriate medical service rather than waiting for a clinic response.
Any package, course, membership, promotion or model rate is subject to the specific terms stated when it is offered or purchased. These may include an expiry date, treatment intervals, payment arrangements, transfer restrictions and suitability requirements.
The website and services are not directed at children. Age restrictions apply to cosmetic interventions and some services will not be provided to anyone under 18. Where relevant, the clinic may require proof of age, additional safeguards, capacity assessment or involvement of an appropriate parent, guardian or advocate.
Clinical photographs may be required for assessment, treatment records, monitoring and insurance purposes. Use of identifiable photographs or videos for marketing, website or social-media content requires separate, specific consent. Further details are set out in the Photography and Media Policy.
The website may contain links to Faces, WhatsApp, social-media pages, payment services or other third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience. Zora Skin and Aesthetics Group does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, security, content or separate terms, except where the law provides otherwise.
Unless stated otherwise, the website design, text, logo, branding, graphics, photographs, videos and other original content belong to Zora Skin and Aesthetics Group or are used with permission. They must not be copied, altered, republished, sold or used commercially without prior written permission.
Clients and visitors must not copy, download or reuse before-and-after photographs or other client images from the website or social media without permission.
The website must not be used unlawfully, fraudulently, to interfere with its operation, to introduce malicious software, to attempt unauthorised access, or to misuse clinic content or personal information. Access may be restricted where misuse is suspected.
The clinic will provide services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of statutory consumer rights, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to those protections, Zora Skin and Aesthetics Group is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by a client, failure to follow aftercare, use of third-party platforms outside the clinic’s control, or events that could not reasonably have been prevented.
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Website Privacy Policy. The use of cookies and similar technologies is explained in the Cookie Policy. Where non-essential cookies are used, appropriate consent controls should be provided.
Concerns should be raised as soon as reasonably possible so that they can be investigated. The complaints process and response arrangements are set out in the Complaints Policy. Using the complaints process does not remove any legal rights or prevent a client from seeking independent advice.
These terms may be updated to reflect changes in law, guidance, services, systems or clinic arrangements. The latest version will be published on the website. The terms applying to a confirmed booking are normally those provided or available when the booking was made, unless a change is required by law or agreed with the client.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers may bring proceedings in the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
