Your consultation is an opportunity to discuss your concerns, expectations and treatment goals in a relaxed, professional environment. A comprehensive assessment will be carried out, your medical history reviewed and suitability for treatment determined. We will explain the available treatment options, expected outcomes, potential risks and aftercare requirements, ensuring you have all the information needed to make an informed decision before proceeding.

To secure your appointment, a 50% booking deposit is required at the time of booking. This confirms your appointment and allows sufficient time to prepare for your treatment. The deposit will be deducted from the cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for further information regarding cancellations, rescheduling and deposit refunds.

We kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure quality care for all clients.
